Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We ship primarily via UPSŪ/FedEx. However APO/FPO and International Packages are shipped via USPS. Because we ship via UPS we do require a physical address for shipping. UPS/FedEx Cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses. In the event you require shipment to a PO Box we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
The actual date you receive an order will depend on whether we have your chosen product in stock in your size. The product ordered by you may or may not be in stock in your size. If the product is in stock in your size, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know when the product has been shipped to you and when you should expect to receive it. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Most orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please contact us if you need faster service.
If your product is not available in stock in your size, we will update your account to let you know the anticipated shipping date. Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation of when your order was dispatched, quoting an approximate delivery date. Please note your credit card is not charged until we ship your item(s) to you. We only pre-authorize your card when you place your order.
If you require your item by a specified date you can e-mail us before placing your order to check the availability of the stock item in your finger size and/or the manufacture time. Please e-mail us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your item.
Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your order qualifies for free UPS Ground Shipping, and you decide to get a refund, we will deduct up to $10 for shipping charges.
