Per our return policy there is an Exchange Fee of $5 for exchanges valued under $200 or $8.50 for exchanges valued over $200. Orders shipped outside of the US must pay actual shipping charges and the original credit card used for purchase will be used.  How would you like to pay this fee?

Upon return receipt we will email you with an update on the process of your exchange.  We respectfully request for your patience as it can take up to 1 week to process your exchange request.   This is especially true November through February when we are extremely busy.  If you need your exchange by a certain date please be sure to indicate that above.  We recommend all items be returned insured as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.  Thank you!
