How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
All of our items carry a 30 day return.  Items must be received back within 30 days -no exceptions.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it to us and we will be glad to refund your money, sorry shipping is non-refundable. Simply return the ring to us, postage paid. Make sure the ring is together and undamaged.

We will gladly exchange the ring or refund your money based on your request. For an exchange, please include $8.50 to cover the cost of handling and return shipping. For refunds, we will immediately process your refund upon receipt of the returned ring. Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt so we know were to send the refund/exchange. Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our rings are brand new and never worn. If the ring is damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted. If you are having problems putting your puzzle back together please contact us so we can help you
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
The actual date your order will ship will depend on whether we have your chosen product in stock in your size. The product ordered by you may or may not be in stock in your size. If the product is in stock in your size, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know when the product has been shipped to you and when you should expect to receive it.
We do our best to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Most orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please contact us if you need faster service.
If your product is not available in stock in your size, we will update your account to let you know the manufacture time of the product and the anticipated shipping date.
Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive e-mail confirmation of when your order was dispatched, quoting an approximate delivery date.
If you require your item by a specified date you can e-mail us before placing your order to check the availability of the stock item in your finger size and/or the manufacture time. Please e-mail us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your item.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
